Kobre & Kim is looking for an intellectually curious, globally‑minded corporate and commercial litigation associate interested in joining our Delaware office. You will be working on complex, high‑stakes corporate and commercial matters, often with a cross‑border element. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in a lead‑counsel role and is focused on using deep knowledge and cutting‑edge techniques to get to the heart of solving the client’s real problem.

• Graduated law school between 2023 - 2019
• Juris Doctorate Degree
• Admission to the Delaware State Bar
• Robust writing, drafting and editing skills
• Strong litigation experience in Delaware state courts, particularly in the Court of Chancery
• Federal, Chancery, or Delaware Supreme Court clerkship is beneficial
• Experience in Delaware federal courts not мили required, but is a plus
