Associate Litigation Attorney

Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity for an associate to join the Litigation Department in the Wilmington, Delaware office of a well‑known law firm.

An ideal candidate will have 1‑4 years of experience in a Chancery Court, commercial litigation, and/or bankruptcy litigation role. You will play a pivotal role with this group, assisting in all facets of the practice.

• 2+ years of clerkship or litigation experience.
• Admission to the Delaware bar or ability to waive‑in.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
