• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use calculator) and provide correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Use motor coordination and manual dexterity to perform tasks rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over phone and in person.
• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors, deliver flyers, door hangers.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Navigate within designated delivery area using maps.
