Role Overview:As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Client Order Coordinators handling Business License filings. You'll ensure service excellence, team development, and operational efficiency, while actively engaging in day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a client service team in a collaborative environment
- Set team goals and track performance against KPIs
- Delegate tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee daily operations
- Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
- Resolve client issues and handle escalations
- Develop and implement process improvements and operational policies
- Promote a positive team culture and organize team-building activities
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in client service
- Strong mentoring, performance management, and coaching skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective in managing change and driving process improvements
