Role Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Client Order Coordinators handling Business License filings. You'll ensure service excellence, team development, and operational efficiency, while actively engaging in day-to-day operations and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a client service team in a collaborative environment
  • Set team goals and track performance against KPIs
  • Delegate tasks, manage deadlines, and oversee daily operations
  • Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
  • Resolve client issues and handle escalations
  • Develop and implement process improvements and operational policies
  • Promote a positive team culture and organize team-building activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in client service
  • Strong mentoring, performance management, and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective in managing change and driving process improvements
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
