CNC Machinist – Programmer (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location:

Woodcrest area.

Base pay range: $32.00/hr – $55.00/hr.

• 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (shift differential included)

• Program jobs using Master Cam 2024 or G/M code to meet customer specifications.
• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines from engineering drawings.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical plans to determine tooling, process, and materials.
• Maintain, calibrate, and perform routine checks on machines to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet project requirements and solve machining challenges.
• Monitor the machining process and make real‑time adjustments to uphold precision and quality.
• Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school training a plus).
• Proven hands‑on experience in CNC machining (mills and/or lathes).
• Solid understanding of precision measuring instruments and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Master Cam or G/M code programming strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
