CNC Machinists – Programmer (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Woodcrest area
Shifts:
- 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift – Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM (shift differential included)
- Program jobs using Master Cam 2024 or G/M code to meet customer specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines from engineering drawings.
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical plans to determine tooling, process, and materials.
- Maintain, calibrate, and perform routine checks on machines to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet project requirements and solve machining challenges.
- Monitor the machining process and make real‑time adjustments to uphold precision and quality.
- Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade school training a plus).
- Proven hands‑on experience in CNC machining (mills and/or lathes).
- Solid understanding of precision measuring instruments and quality standards.
- Proficiency with Master Cam or G/M code programming strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
