FCS is actively looking for an experienced Manufacturing Plant Engineer for their top client in Northern Delaware. The Manufacturing Plant Engineer will report directly to the Manager of Engineering, and be responsible for assisting withthe planning and execution of Operations & Maintenance capital projects.

• B.S. in an Engineering discipline;
  Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical preferred; with 8+ years of experience working within a industrial manufacturing environment
• Expertise at implementing Continuous / Process Improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Six Sigma / 5S principals
• Skilled at performing and reviewing Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis, DFMEA, etc.
• Technical knowledge of electrical/I&C, automation process controls, CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic
• Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing operations and propose modifications to improve operations, increase equipment efficiencies, etc.
• Background creating, revising, and updating operational standards and procedures, equipment safety policies, training manuals, etc.
