Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategist| Retail Bank

**** Responsibilities:***
* * Assist with Creative Strategy:
You'll help gather business objectives and consumer insights into clear creative briefs that are shared with our internal creative teams and external agency partners.
* Support Messaging Strategy:
You will help execute clear, compelling, and customer-centric messaging hierarchies and narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
* Assist with the Learning Agenda:
You'll support a test-and-learn mindset, helping to track key questions, and partnering with analytics teams to gather campaign effectiveness results and insights.
* Coordinate Campaign Integration:
You will work with cross-functional teams—including Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy, and others—to help support a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
* Gather Insights:
You'll build knowledge on our customers, the competitive landscape, and market trends, using data and insights to support marketing recommendations and provide updates to the team.
* Experience assisting with omni-channel integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner with team members and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to help translate data and customer insights into marketing updates and recommendations.
* Experience contributing to insightful creative briefs and supporting the creative development process from concept to execution.
* A collaborative spirit and experience managing tasks for multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
* At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising
* At least 1 year of experience supporting marketing campaigns
* 3+ years of marketing experience focusing on brand strategy or campaign development
* Marketing experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry
