Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members, primarily on weekends and occasionally weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Delaware.

Our services support the medical and dental readiness of the following military components:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to assess current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results for readiness classification using our proprietary system.

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred).
• Experience with mobile medical services (preferred).
• Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high volumes of service members.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel, including weekends (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
