Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington, DE.

• Weekend (Sat/Sun): 3 pm – 11 pm – $4.25/hour
• Weekend (Sat/Sun): 11 pm – 7:30 am – $5.75/hour
• Day – $3.50/hour
• Evening – $4.50/hour
• Nights – $6.00/hour

The RN Telehealth Coordinator helps facilitate virtual medical consultations and appointments for patients who require specialized care beyond the facility’s capabilities. The coordinator monitors patients from intake to release, ensuring continuity of care and advocating for patient needs while acting as a liaison between multiple systems impacting offenders. The Nurse Educator supports and mentors preceptors, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to meet staff educational needs, and promotes quality patient outcomes through advanced clinical and communication skills.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records for patients receiving specialized care.
• Document medical histories, test results, treatment plans, and communication with external healthcare providers.
• Coordinate with outside healthcare providers and schedule appointments.
• Serve as liaison between the facility’s medical team and external providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and record‑keeping.
• Orient, educate, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

• Active RN license in the state (or compact license)
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Experience conducting staff training or leading educational a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a secure and structured environment
