Post Operative Registered Nurse (RN) - Midnights

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for at the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30 bed inpatient unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible.

Teamwork is essential. This is a surgical inpatient unit for elective surgery, with a primary focus on joint replacement and bariatric surgery. This unit also receives ENT & plastic surgery patients.

BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.

One year of acute care experience required. Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.

BLS required.

Evening/Midnights with shifts of 7 p.m.

- & 7:30 a.m. Holiday and weekend requirement is per hospital practices.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
