• Position will manage the day to day operations of the Surgical Services Department including 12 Main OR's

This is a highly autonomous role that will focus on the daily operations of the department. You will also provide mentoring to your staff, ensure collaborative and positive physician relationships, create and implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and should be able to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Operating Room:

• BSN required / Master's preferred
• RN active license required Maryland
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services leadership experience at Supervisor level or above in an inpatient surgical services setting
• Minimum five (5) years of operating room nursing experience (hospital based)
• INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
• Strong focus on quality, patient safety, staff and collaborating across all levels to ensure and obtain the best patient outcomes
