Our BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) who has a passion for adult client care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. • We pride ourselves on providing an excellent onboard and training experience from Day 1.
• On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want.
• During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and  will also be completed. All training is paid as well! Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag!
• On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits:

• Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands‑on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Client age ranges from infant to young adult.

What your day looks like with BAYADA:

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation and

Schedule:

• Pay up to $40/hour based on client care and shift
• Flexible scheduling
