Position:
Full‑time Night Shift & PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality care consistent with the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. The LPN is responsible for tasks, activities, and functions as delegated and may assign duties to others as defined in their state of practice act. The LPN provides monitoring of patients as directed by the HSA, DON, RN, Medical Director, or other practitioner.
Responsibilities- Monitor patient health and provide nursing care as directed.
- Assist with daily care activities and medication administration.
- Document patient status and care activities in patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Night Shift – 12‑hour 8 P‑8 A (full‑time)
- PRN – available 3–6 weeks for onsite training
- Shift differential for evenings, nights, weekends included.
- Annual incentive bonus and sign‑on bonus of $5,000.
