Need a career change, some extra cash or just want more flexibility? Ingleside Assisted Living, a 60‑bed facility located in a residential area near Trolley Square, is currently seeking full‑time and part‑time candidates to provide care for our residents and assist them with ADLs. Our residents are low acuity, no tube feedings, no Hoyer lifts; we seek applicants who enjoy enhancing the quality of life for our seniors and ensuring they receive the best care possible in a warm and friendly environment.

Position

Details

We have two specific positions available:

  • Resident Assistant/CNA (RA/CNA) – applicants should have prior caregiving experience in a similar environment. Certification is welcome, but not required.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – applicants must have a valid Delaware LPN license or be able to obtain reciprocity from another state.
Shift Availability
  • RA/CNA: Part‑time 7 a‑3 p every other weekend, plus 2 additional days per week.
  • LPN: PRN 7‑3 and 3‑11. Shift differential for 3‑11. Full‑time 11‑7 with shift differential.
Essential Requirements
  • Must be able to pass all state‑required pre‑employment drug and background testing.
  • Experience or certification as described above.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work both day and evening shifts.
