What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating

• Provide mobility support and help maintain resident comfort

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

• Work closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver high-quality care

Who We’re Looking For

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Nursing Aide licensed in Delaware

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals

• Strong communication and time management skills

• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply—we’ll support your transition into practice

• Must be able to commute to Wilmington, DE daily
