Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
