We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and follow-up care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar high‑acuity environment.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
