We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse II to join our growing Operating Room team. The ideal candidate is a skilled perioperative nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. In this role, you will partner with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to provide safe, high-quality surgical care while supporting patients and their families through every step of their surgical journey.

• BSN preferred.
• Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Current RN licensure required.
• At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.
• Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred.
• CNOR certification a plus.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months. Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37. This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
