$1,500 sign‑on bonus for New Groomer hires with 1+ years of experience!

• Deliver exceptional, neighborly service to every pet and owner during the workday.
• Brush, bathe and condition pets, grooming and styling per owners’ instructions or breed standards.
• Ensure the wellness and safety of all animals.
• Develop long‑term relationships with pet parents by understanding their needs and recommending products and services.
• Assists with community outreach to attract new neighbors into our store.
• Complete Safety Training certification.
• Maintain a clean and inviting grooming environment.
• Support store team members during grooming downtime.
• Continuously develop skills and pet grooming techniques while growing your career.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training certification or experience under a certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to provide your own grooming equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass drug screening (where applicable) and be at least 18 years old.
