Are you ready for the next step in your property management career? This group is a fully integrated real‑estate organization focused on the ownership and operation of multi‑family apartment communities. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of assigned communities, including leasing activity, maintenance coordination, and overall property performance.

You will play a key role in promoting resident satisfaction by ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained living experience.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute marketing initiatives designed to drive traffic, increase occupancy, and support resident retention.
  • Oversee the full leasing lifecycle, from promoting available units and hosting property tours to applicant screening and lease execution.
  • Ensure the property maintains a consistent and engaging presence across both digital platforms and on‑site marketing channels.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
  • Ensure property compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Secure license as dictated by position.
  • Employees are expected to comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing, OSHA, and anti‑harassment policies.
  • Plan and engage in resident programs and events that strengthen community connection and enhance the resident experience.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with residents by responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure the property remains safe, compliant, and well‑cared for.
  • Perform routine property inspections to proactively identify issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Partner with the capital projects team to support renovations, ensuring work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Entrata preferred.
  • Knowledge of fair housing and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field.
