We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, adhering to food safety standards, and plating dishes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area and equipment. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Check food quality and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
Experience:
Line Cook level, proficient in kitchen equipment, strong organizational skills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Licenses &
Certifications:
Food handler certification required.
