OverviewJoin Harry’s Hospitality Group as a Prep Cook working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen across three locations in Wilmington, DE. Earn while you learn and build a career in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients, maintain inventory, keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow kitchen procedures, use small tools with finger dexterity.
- Stand, navigate and lift up to 75 pounds in a fast‑paced environment.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, staff and guests.
- 6 months kitchen experience preferred.
- Serv Safe certification is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for periods up to eight hours.
- Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 75 pounds.
- Availability must include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Medical, dental, vision, supplemental coverage.
