Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations and lead a diverse team of 30+ crew members.

• Demonstrate strong people skills; serve, coach, train, retrain, inspire, lead and develop staff and customers.

• Uphold high standards of QUALITY, SERVICE, VALUE and CLEANLINESS.

• Maintain a proactive, continuously improving attitude and strive to “Beat Yesterday.”

Qualifications

• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow; ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Must be 21+ years of age with a High School Diploma or Equivalent to qualify for this Age 21+ HU Trained Position at McDonald’s.
