Pastry Cook – Full‑Time

Part of Harry's Hospitality Group (HHG), Harry's Savoy Grill & Ballroom offers an upscale, high‑volume restaurant and a 10,000‑sq‑ft ballroom facility with five private dining rooms for weddings, corporate events and social gatherings. We are looking for a pastry cook to work alongside the Pastry Chef to produce all desserts for both the restaurant and ballroom.

Location: Wilmington, DE Salary: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

• Produce desserts and pastry items according to the restaurant and ballroom menu.
• Assist the Pastry Chef in planning and executing pastry programs.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Adhere to the schedule and shift requirements, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• 2–3 years of pastry cook experience, including cake decorating.
• Serv Safe certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to listen to and follow directions from supervisors, staff and guests.
• Physical ability to stand for up to eight hours, lift up to 75 pounds and use small tools with finger dexterity.
• Reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling a fast‑paced environment.
