We are seeking a hands‑on, growth‑minded Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operations at CSC Marvel Cafe
, a Corporate (B&I) account in Wilmington, DE
. This is a highly visible, working leadership role ideal for a chef who enjoys being on the floor, leading a small team, and delivering consistent, high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment.

Enjoy a Monday through Friday work schedule with most major holidays off, a meal provided during shift, and free onsite parking!

• Responsible for the overall success of the culinary program and daily food service operations.
• You will lead a small frontline team, execute menus, support service (including Starbucks/barista coverage), and ensure a positive client and guest experience.
• Oversight of the full culinary management of the food service operation at CSC Marvel Cafe.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
• Possesses a passion for sustainability.

• At least 2‑3 years of culinary management experience in food service, hospitality.
• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP.
• Experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Experience managing others.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking needed.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience is desirable.
• Serv Safe certification is a plus.
• Local or within a reasonable daily commute to Wilmington, DE.
