As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight shoppers. • Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create memorable displays and optimize inventory
• Daily: ensure displays are immaculate and attractive; restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory; communicate with your supervisor via mobile device; interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers
• During festive seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas): ensure stores are prepared for demand
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed
• Work independently and support teammates with special activities as required

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level
• Walk and stand for most of the shift

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
• Internet access and a smartphone
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
