Job Overview

Retail Merchandiser Floater (part-time) — Wilmington, DE 19808 n our team to showcase organization and time‑management skills while serving as Hallmark’s face in local stores.

• Your starting pay will be between $15.50 and $16.50 per hour.
• Part‑time, variable schedule with 10–15 hours per week.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: use a handheld device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in the Hallmark department and surrounding areas of grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours during peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). On some occasions you may be required to work on the actual holiday or during the weekend.
• Department resets: assist with installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures and card departments. Two‑week notice is provided.
• Team collaboration: support fellow merchandisers as needed and provide feedback and survey data to supervisors.

Must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds). Kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using a ladder are part of the daily routine.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical strength to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with a digital handheld device to scan and read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and a working internet connection.
• Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores on schedule.
