Merchandiser Lead

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. The role services all customers professionally while maximising product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is a labour-intensive position involving regular lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling of cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.

The Merchandiser may collaborate with Account Sales Managers and customers to address product availability, display execution, and inventory needs.

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organised backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid US Driver's Licence.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency.

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Additional languages an advantage.

Work is performed in small and/or large format stores and accounts.
