We are seeking a Buick/GMC pre-owned Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre‑owned Buick or GMC vehicle to meet their needs. The client advisor will provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with clients, and guide them through the sales process.

• Assist customers in selecting pre‑owned Buick or GMC vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
• Provide pricing information and negotiate sales to close deals effectively.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Buick/GMC products, features, and accessories.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven work experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of Buick/GMC vehicles and features.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Customer‑focused with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
