• Represent Empire Today to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and assist in selecting flooring products.
• Work with hot leads and leverage the strength of the Empire brand to generate additional referrals and new customers.
• Meet pre-qualified leads and manage a territory with potential for growth.
• Utilize a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtually).
• Represent professionally, including Empire-branded attire.
• Maintain excellent customer service and deliver on in-home sales expectations.

• 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity, with uncapped earnings potential

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments

• Strong customer service skills and professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel
• Ability to use a tablet and laser measuring device for sales presentations
