Paramount is seeking Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to start their career in sales and marketing, with training and growth opportunities provided

As a Sales Representative, you will work face-to-face with business clients, represent national campaigns in the telecom industry, and develop skills in customer acquisition and client relationship management.

This is an in-person, full-time position with structured training designed to help you succeed and progress into leadership opportunities.

• Conduct in-person sales presentations to business clients
• Build and maintain customer relationships with professionalism
• Learn and apply proven sales strategies to meet performance goals
• Work closely with team members and managers on campaign initiatives
