Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and driven International Business Development Executive to manage and grow relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in international business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities across global markets. This role requires a proactive mindset, a strong understanding of B2B marketing/IT services, and the ability to engage with decision‑makers across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities from international markets through outreach, networking, and lead engagement.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with global clients across regions (US, UK, APAC, Middle East, etc.).
- Understand client requirements, create proposals/pitches, and coordinate discussions to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service capabilities and prepare customised solutions for prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition insights, and potential target audiences.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and initial communication to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain updated CRM records, track lead movement, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s international growth strategy.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions—emails, calls, virtual meetings, and presentations.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of prior experience in international business development is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of professional English.
- Experience in selling services (preferably marketing, IT, digital, SaaS, or B2B solutions).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales outreach techniques, and client management.
- Ability to connect with senior stakeholders and articulate service value clearly.
- Proactive, target‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Linked In outreach, email outreach, and inside sales processes.
