Merchant Row is growing in Wilmington, Delaware, and we’re looking for competitive, driven individuals who thrive in goal‑oriented environments and enjoy being part of a winning team. Through our partnership with T‑Mobile, this Sales Representative role offers hands‑on experience, real responsibility, and the opportunity to build a career in professional B2B sales from the ground up.

As a Sales Representative, you’ll represent T‑Mobile Business, working directly with local business owners and decision‑makers to deliver connectivity and communication solutions that help their businesses perform at a higher level.
You’ll train with experienced leaders, learn proven sales systems, and be part of a supportive, team‑first culture that values discipline, consistency, and progress — the same qualities that drive success in sport.
What You’ll Be Doing- Representing T‑Mobile Business products and services, including wireless business plans, data solutions, devices, and connectivity tools designed for growing businesses
- Competing toward individual and team goals through professional, consultative sales conversations
- Building rapport with business owners and decision‑makers and understanding how their operations function day to day
- Identifying challenges around communication, coverage, scalability, and cost efficiency, then positioning solutions that solve real problems
- Delivering clear, confident presentations that explain product features, pricing, and value
- Following up with prospects, staying organised, and supporting clients through the decision‑making process
- Maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and reliability
- Working closely with Merchant Row leadership and teammates to drive performance
- Staying up to date on T‑Mobile products, promotions, and service updates
- A competitive mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfort working toward goals and performance targets
- Coachability — you take feedback seriously and apply it
- High energy, discipline, and a strong work ethic
- Interest in sales, business, or client‑facing roles
- Backgrounds in sports, athletics, hospitality, retail, or customer service are highly transferable
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
- Structured training and ongoing coaching in B2B sales and telecom solutions
- Hands‑on experience representing T‑Mobile Business
- Weekly pay with performance‑based commissions and bonuses, with typical first‑year earnings in the $55,000–$65,000 range
- Clear progression into Account Executive, Senior Sales, or leadership roles
- A full‑time opportunity within a team‑driven, growth‑focused environment
