Junior Sales & Marketing Associate (NEW EXPANSION)
Merchant Row is expanding into Wilmington, Delaware, and we’re building a new team to support our continued growth in partnership with T‑Mobile. As a boutique sales agency with global experience and a strong local focus, we work closely with leading brands to deliver hands‑on, results‑driven sales and marketing solutions for business clients.
Job Type: Full‑Time
Seniority Level: Entry Level
Base Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
- Represent the T‑Mobile brand in the local market, meeting business owners and decision‑makers across Wilmington and introducing them to solutions designed to support modern operations.
- Engage local businesses face‑to‑face to learn how they currently communicate and how T‑Mobile’s connectivity and communication services can make a measurable difference.
- Understand client needs and business challenges by asking thoughtful, consultative questions, developing a clear picture of each client’s goals, growth plans, and operational needs.
- Confidently present T‑Mobile business products and services in a clear, professional way to help clients make informed decisions that support long‑term success.
- Contribute to outreach initiatives that strengthen T‑Mobile’s presence in the Wilmington business community, including in‑person networking, coordinated promotional activity, and community engagement.
- Build and manage professional client relationships, maintaining regular contact, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities where additional T‑Mobile services may add value over time.
- Collaborate with your team to drive results, sharing insights, reviewing performance, and refining your approach as the Wilmington market grows.
- Keep activity organised and results‑focused by maintaining accurate records of meetings, follow‑ups, and outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence representing a major brand in a professional setting.
- A proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with an interest in B2B sales or telecom.
- Coachability and ambition to grow within a new expansion team.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required.
- Hands‑on training in B2B sales, telecom solutions, and client engagement.

- Weekly pay combined with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses; most first‑year team members earn $60,000–$70,000. High performers regularly exceed six figures as they progress.
