- Serve as a Strategic Advisor to Commercial Leadership
- Partner directly with Industrial Water business leaders to support growth initiatives and critical hiring priorities
- Develop talent strategies aligned with territory expansion plans, customer growth opportunities, and commercial objectives
- Provide ongoing market intelligence regarding competitors, hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability
- Leverage Industry Relationships
- Utilize your existing Industrial Water network to identify and engage top-performing commercial professionals
- Build relationships with passive candidates across the industry
- Develop talent maps of key competitors and adjacent industry players
- Maintain a robust pipeline of future sales and commercial leadership talent
- Evaluate Commercial Talent
- Assess candidates' sales effectiveness, technical knowledge, customer relationships, and business development capabilities
Evaluate consultative selling skills and industry credibility - Present talent recommendations and market insights to leadership teams
- 7+ years of experience within the Industrial Water Treatment industry in either:
Commercial Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Sales Leadership, Executive Search / Recruiting focused specifically on Industrial Water talent - Industry Network – Deep, established network of Industrial Water sales, account management, and commercial leadership professionals
- Demonstrated ability to access passive talent through industry relationships
- Strong understanding of the competitive Industrial Water landscape
- Commercial Expertise – Proven understanding of Industrial Water sales cycles, territory management, and solution-selling approaches
- Ability to engage experienced sales professionals as a credible peer
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial performance drivers
- Former Industrial Water sales professionals seeking a people-focused career opportunity
