** Be the upbeat, welcoming first point of contact for customers — in person and over the phone

Coordinate and manage
** internet sales leads**, ensuring fast, friendly follow‐up
** Schedule sales appointments
** and support the sales team with accurate, timely communication

Respond to online inquiries with clarity, personality, and professionalism

Keep the front desk running smoothly while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere
