Musketeer Scout - Premise Specialist

The Musketeer Scout is responsible for opening, developing and managing accounts across all On Premise segments. The role drives sales and awareness by increasing product availability, establishing and maintaining distribution, creating territory sales plans, executing national programmes and activating brand marketing assets to drive relevance and consumption. It operates within an ambitious and fresh—yet experienced—team and is a challenging, highly diversified position.

The role carries full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the assigned market.

• Open, develop and manage accounts across all On Premise segments.
• Drive sales and awareness by increasing product availability, establishing and maintaining distribution, creating territory sales plans, executing national programmes and activating brand marketing assets to drive relevance and consumption.
• Use a unique personality to showcase the premium Red Bull brand, establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners, and build a personal reputation within the local scene based on industry knowledge and latest trends.
• Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in the assigned market, monitor market trends and maintain a sharp look‑out for new opportunities to win for Red Bull.
• Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
• Act as a trusted business partner by strengthening and nurturing long‑term professional relationships with established customers and creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
• Make every appointment with customers the highlight of their day through insightful thoughts, astute observations and strategic considerations.
• Utilise sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals.
• Take a creative approach to problem solving and marketing, identifying new and innovative ways to keep Red Bull number one in the on-premise channel.
• Negotiate strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements to build long‑term relationships.

• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends and some holidays, and to thrive on autonomy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the crafting and delivery of the right message to the right people at the right time.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to analyse sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of the job.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Employees may be required to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed.

• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as own boss is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Additional language skills an advantage.
