Modern Exteriors is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales to oversee daily sales operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive consistent sales production.

This senior leadership position plays a critical role in supporting sales leadership, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the team consistently meets company performance expectations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands sales strategy, performance analytics, team development, and operational accountability.

Sales Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives and managers to achieve company performance goals.
• Establish clear expectations and maintain accountability for sales production and operational standards.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching strategies to improve results.
• Develop future leaders and support continued company growth.

Sales Performance & KPI Management

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using Power BI and company reporting systems.
• Analyze key performance indicators, conversion rates, revenue, and production trends.
• Track sales pacing and implement strategies to achieve established goals.
• Identify underperforming areas and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Provide leadership with accurate reporting and performance updates.

Sales Operations & CRM Management

• Oversee daily scheduling, appointment management, and real-time sales activity.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and compliance with company processes using Job Nimbus.
• Monitor pricing accuracy, financing approvals, and proper agreement completion.
• Assist sales representatives with financing, sales transactions, and operational challenges.
• Ensure company sales procedures are consistently followed.

Training, Hiring & Accountability

• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and developing sales talent.
• Conduct Closer Camps, sales meetings, and ongoing training sessions.
• Provide live sales coaching, objection-handling support, and T/O assistance.
• Partner with HR and leadership to address performance concerns.
• Implement performance improvement plans and corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Administrative & Operational Oversight

• Oversee sales reporting, payroll accuracy, scheduling, and operational tracking.
• Maintain organized performance records using Google Sheets and company systems.
• Ensure teams have the resources and supplies necessary to operate effectively.
• Communicate consistently with executive leadership and supporting departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
