** What you'll do
*** Visit 6-8 Walmart stores daily within your assigned territory to drive HTH Pool Care orders through direct store-level selling
* Generate incremental revenue through SSO (store-specific orders), off-shelf display placements, and feature execution
* Build professional relationships with Walmart store coaches, store managers, and market managers
* Execute half-pallet display placements and ensure proper product positioning, signage, and modular integrity in the pool care aisle
* Provide daily reports on store visits, orders placed, competitive activity, and customer feedback
* Track and report competitive product placement, pricing, and promotional activity
* Complete a structured 4-week onboarding program covering product knowledge, SSO ordering, Walmart store operations, and in-store selling techniques
* Pair with an experienced Solenis field rep who will provide mentorship through ride-alongs and ongoing coaching throughout the program
