Description
What You’ll Do
- Patrol hotel interior and exterior areas to maintain safety
- Monitor access points and respond to incidents or emergencies
- Assist guests and associates with safety-related concerns
- Document incidents, accidents, and unusual activity accurately
- Support crowd control during events and high-traffic periods
- Work closely with hotel leadership and local authorities as needed
Who You Are
- Calm, observant, and professional under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good report-writing ability
- Able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Prior security or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
