• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related protocols at the residential front desk.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Receive and document resident inquiries, deliveries, service requests, and other front‑desk communications; direct concerns to appropriate property personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, report unusual or unauthorized activity, and maintain clear, timely incident documentation.

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
