JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for use of track loaders, backhoes, graders, skid loaders and other maintenance vehicles.
- Responsible for assisting all other trades as needed.
- Responsible for snow removal.
- Responsible to observe and enforce all safety guidelines.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Five (5) years experience operating Heavy Equipment.
- Valid driver’s license required, CDL Class "B" license required.
- Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in extremes of weather and remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
