• Go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and complete assigned preventative maintenance.

• Earn $48+/hour and up to $100,000 annually through competitive base salary and bonus program.
• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus plus 2 weeks paid time off for all new hires.

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Salary: $30 - $50 per hour.
