Ken Crest seeks a Direct Support Professional – Lead DSP (LDSP) to serve as the point person at the community home for care and documentation expertise. The role leads by example and supports the Program Manager to keep the home running smoothly and efficiently.
The LDSP will mentor DSP staff, oversee daily household tasks, meal prep, and personal care, and ensure adherence to ISPs and safety protocols while coordinating with medical personnel as needed.
