- Writing code and running appropriate diagnostic tests to proactively solving potential issues
- Ability to design, communicate, and implement solutions effectively. This includes the ability to evaluate priorities appropriately, identify problems, and solve problems creatively and efficiently. Familiarity with design patterns helpful.
- Conscientious, flexible, motivated, and results-oriented professional. Must be a self-starter and willing to work individually and as part of a small agile team.
