Location: Wilmington, DE (5 days onsite, Face-to-Face required)
Employment Type: W2 only (No C2C or 1099)
Candidate Location: Preferably local or nearby to Wilmington, DE

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer proficient in Java Spring and React to join our team onsite in Wilmington, DE. This is a full-time, W2 position requiring daily presence at our office. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with backend and frontend development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java Spring framework and React library.

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to implement new features.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.

• Required Skills:

  Strong experience with Java Spring framework (Spring Boot, MVC, Security, etc.).

  Proficient in React for building dynamic user interfaces.

  Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration.

  Experience with relational databases and ORM tools.

  Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, DE for all 5 business days.

  Interview Process:

  3 rounds of interviews (1 round may be onsite).

  Technical assessments and problem-solving discussions.

  Additional Information:
