We are a full‑service Moving and Junk Removal Company. We are actively looking to grow our team as the busy season is upon us.

To be a professional moving company captain that helps people by providing hands‑on labor, moving, and junk removal service. We serve residential and commercial businesses/services.

• Go out of your way to be friendly, smile, eye contact, small talk to everyone you meet.
• Appear friendly (“college hunk”) with proper uniform, attitude and eye contact.
• Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
• Operate SAFELY at all times.
• Perform daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
• Maintain truck supplies: receipts, safety equipment, marketing material.
• Price jobs aggressively to meet and surpass benchmarks.
• Make logistical decisions: disposal, donation or recycling, job completion, packing, loading, marketing during downtime.
• Lead by example, showing employees the core values.
• Assist in training new hires on day‑to‑day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes (damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment).
• Check in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.

We are looking for individuals who love customer service. No experience necessary; we provide training. Must meet the following:

• Lift 50 pounds with a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid/Active Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Drug and alcohol‑free.
• Pass a federal background check.
• Donate two meals to Feeding Children Everywhere per job.
• Have a great attitude and work ethic.

Compensation: $13‑17/hr + TIPS + BONUS POTENTIAL
