We are looking for a FULL-TIME, thorough, responsible shuttle driver who will adhere to providing quality service to our customers. The shuttle driver responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving and departing guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Transports guests safely and courteously in the company van in a timely manner.

• Safely transport customers in the dealership shuttle to and from their homes, workplaces, and other local destinations within the service radius
• Greet customers warmly, assist with luggage and bags, and provide a clean, comfortable ride
• Coordinate pickups and drop-offs with the service department and keep to the shuttle schedule
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and keep the shuttle clean inside and out
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately and complete required logs
• Fuel the shuttle and keep it stocked with customer amenities (water, wipes, etc.)
• Move vehicles on the lot, run parts or documents between locations, and assist with other duties as needed
• Represent the Audi brand with professionalism at all times

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Minimum age of 21 with 1+ years of licensed driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet and in and out of a vehicle throughout the day
• Professional appearance and a willingness to wear a company uniform or dress code
