WMS Coordinator First shift

Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time WMS Coordinator in Wilmington, IL.

• Hourly Pay $20/hour
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 (half at 30 days, half at 90 days)
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday – Tuesday 5 am – 4:30 pm;
  Wednesday 5 am – 10:45 am

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1‑2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers to set appointments and update load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure proper workload distribution and manage WMS down to the floor
• Collaborate with inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve issues with daily orders
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
